How are our products made?

Our products are realised with high quality materials, guaranteeing a good payload without giving up on lightness. The moquette used is the same as the original carpeting in thickness and colour, and our level cargo floor are checked in every detail to avoid imperfections and ensuring a high quality at a really moderate price.

The boot floor is an original Mini product?

No. Pianaliauto extractable loading bed is not a Mini original product, but as it’s realised with accuracy and it’s 100% compatible with Mini vehicles.

Is there a product warranty?

All Pianaliauto products are guaranteed for 2 years.
Pianaliauto checks all its goods meticulously to ensure they are perfect. Nevertheless, in case of problems with a product due to materials or  manufacturing flaws, Pianaliauto can decide to repair or replace the product at its discretion according to the following terms and conditions.
This assurance exclusively covers manufacturing defects, not the damages caused by misuses (like transporting unusual objects), negligence, accidents, abrasions, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents or water, daily use.
To receive assistance submitting the receipt is necessary.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually if the product is availble in 24/48h we’ll proced to ship it out, in case of out of stock product you can still order the product to ensure to get it as soon as possible.

The restock time is very short, from 2 to maximum 4 days.

The delivery time depends from your country location, usually from 4 to 10 working days.

What about return?

You can return a product within 14 days from the receive day.
You’ll have to pay the shipping cost for the return.
